Analysis of a bearingless switched reluctance motor with permanent magnets in the stator yoke

Because a rotor has no permanent magnet and low manufacturing cost, bearingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM) unique advantages in medical health, biochemical reactions, other applications that need to be abandoned after single use or require the system deal with high-temperature fluid. By analyzing topological characteristics of BSRM, suspension mechanism operation were described. A finite element model BSRM stator yoke (BSRM-PMSY) was established. The performance analysis emphasized. airgap flux distribution, no-load linkage, torque analyzed under zero load back-electromagnetic flow signals levitation forces. results verify optimization effect new on force is correct favorable decoupling control found between force, which provides basis for efficient subsequent prototype.
